Is a free version of the system available?
Yes, we offer a free package that includes up to 200 active contacts and the ability to send 200 messages per month. The limit includes all messages: email, SMS, responses from Inbox. After exceeding this limit, it’s necessary to upgrade to a paid plan. Within this limit, edrone offers 100 free SMS messages per month – even in the freemium version. SMS sending counts toward the 200 message limit.
How does edrone pricing work?
The pricing is based on a monthly subscription. The price depends on the number of active contacts, which includes newsletter subscribers and customers who have placed an order, to whom you can send automations such as cart recovery, viewed products, recommendations, and dozens of other ready-made automation scenarios. The edrone system will automatically adjust the plan to the size of your database.
What are the limitations of the freemium plan?
In the freemium plan, you don’t have access to WhatsApp messaging. Also, SMS packages beyond the 100 test messages are additionally paid. However, you can use the edrone system freely for up to 200 contacts. You can try all system functionalities within the free subscription.
Which e-commerce platforms is edrone integrated with?

What payment methods are available?

How is the number of contacts calculated?
edrone determines your bill based on the number of all email addresses uploaded to the system to which you can send automated messages or newsletters. We do not include users with “unsubscribed” status in the contact count.
What happens if I exceed the number of contacts?
If you exceed the number of contacts in a given price tier, your payment card will be automatically charged the appropriate amount. This amount will correspond to the highest number of contacts recorded during the billing period. For example, if at the end of the period you have 1000 contacts in your database, but during that period the number increased to 2000, the charge will be calculated based on 2000 contacts.
What if I have more than 10000 contacts?
If your customer base exceeds 10000 contacts, please contact our sales department directly for an individual quote tailored to your needs. Our experts will prepare the best solution for you, taking into account the specifics of your business. In the meantime, you can create a free account for up to 200 contacts and test the system.
Do you offer system training and customer support?
Absolutely. We offer both implementation packages and ongoing system support. Our Customer Care department provides assistance and professional knowledge. Articles in the Help Center section, video tutorials, and regularly organized webinars and training are at your disposal. We also offer support via live chat and email messages.
How long does the system implementation take?
If your store is built on the Shoper, Shopify, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, or IAI (IdoSell) platform, the integration process between the tools takes up to 15 minutes.
Can I change my package during the contract?
Yes, you can flexibly change your package depending on your business’s current needs. Upgrading to a higher package is possible at any time, and billing will be based on the size of the database uploaded to the system during a given period.
