Experiência péssima com a Maxi Ferramentas. Comprei uma caixa térmica que chegou quebrada. Após devolver, enviaram uma segunda unidade com a embalagem destruída e novamente danificada. O atendimento é extremamente desrespeitoso, irônico e se recusa a oferecer suporte, tentando empurrar os custos do erro deles para o consumidor.
