Highly unprofessional and terrible communication! We were ready to place a custom order for their "FILIP" high bed and sent a serious, detailed inquiry. Our email was completely ignored. No reply, no explanation, nothing. If this is how they treat customers before they even take your money, I can't imagine how poorly they handle actual problems, delays, or warranty issues after a purchase. Extremely disrespectful and unreliable business practices. We saved ourselves a lot of headache and took our business to a professional carpenter who actually values their customers. Avoid!
