Website - the edrone.me Internet portal at http:/edrone.me/ operated by the Operator, as set out in Terms and Conditions.
User - a natural person, legal person or organizational unit not being a legal person, to whom the law grants legal personality, properly represented by an appropriate natural person, who has access to the Services upon accepting the Terms and Conditions and has set up an Account.
End User - an anonymous Internet user or logged-in user visiting a website or application, for which the User account has been created on the Website. Data about this user is used by the Services available at the Website (based on the selection made solely by the User).
Personal data of the Service Users placed under the Account will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter also: "UODO") and UŚUDE.
The controller of personal data of End Users shall be the User of the Website.
The user is responsible for the content that is used by the service to address End Users, whose data are entered into the Website by scripts and edrone plugins and through the import of files.
The User declares that the End User's data entered into the Website have been posted in accordance with applicable law.

By accepting the proposed statements contained in the registration form, the User agrees to the processing of personal data for the purpose of operating the Website.
By accepting the voluntary statements proposed in the registration form, the User may agree to the processing of their personal data for additional purposes.
Providing personal data for the purposes specified in item 4 above is voluntary, and the lack of consent in this respect does not prevent using the Website.
The voluntarily granted consent to receive commercial information, as referred to in item 4, may be withdrawn at any time at the request of the User, submitted via the e-mail address provided by the User in the registration form. Within 72 hours (time required due to technological reasons) from receipt of the User's request, the Organizer shall delete the Participant's e-mail account or the Participant's phone number from the contact database for the transmission of commercial information by electronic means.
The User has the right to access the content of their data and to correct it under the terms and conditions set forth in generally applicable laws, in particular the Act on the Protection of Personal Data.
In terms of personal data of End Users, the Operator is not their data controller. The User shall entrust to the Operator the personal data of the End Users within the scope and purpose set forth in separate agreement (pursuant to Article 31 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data - as per Annex 1).
